How do I order furniture from Darrells Modern Trends Furniture?
If you see an item you’re interested in on our website please contact us at (619)230-5286. We can reserve the piece for you to come into our showroom in San Diego for purchase or proceed with the purchase over the phone for your convenience.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer free local white glove furniture delivery within 20 miles of our San Diego store. We deliver outside of the radius for a delivery fee, fees vary based off location. Delivery times vary on availability. Contact us for details.
Can I pick up my furniture instead of having it delivered?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to pick up your items in our San Diego store. during store hours. We’ll even help load it into your vehicle.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes! As part of our white glove furniture delivery service, we pre assemble and set up your furniture for you. Making it easier for you to enjoy your brand new furniture purchase.
Do you offer financing options or payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible and easy furniture financing options through ACIMA Leasing to make your furniture purchase easier and more affordable. Ask us in-store or visit our Financing page to apply.
Are your products new or used?
We carry new furniture from top brands you love & brand new floor display models from top brands all around at heavily discounted and affordable prices.
How often do you get new inventory?
We get new furniture inventory in weekly! Follow us on Instagram, Facebook or join our mailing list to stay updated for new arrivals.
Can I put a hold on Furniture?
We offer 24hr holds on select items. A deposit of half the cost of the item will be taken in order to hold the item. Please contact us directly to request a hold.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payments in the form of cash, debit card, credit card, financing options & cash app services such as Apple Pay or Venmo.
What is your return policy?
For our return policy, please note all sales are final. In the event an item must be returned or something happens with the furniture we will charge a restocking fee. If there is any other questions in regards to getting a refund please speak to a representative in store for more information.
Do you remove old furniture?
Yes! In the event a piece of furniture need to be removed, we offer a complimentary furniture removal of one item for all furniture purchases. Please note that if you need a piece removed to inform an employee when scheduling a delivery date so that we can note the removal for our drivers to plan accordingly during deliveries.
What are your store hours and location?
We are open 7 days a week excluding major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day). Were open Mon-Sat 10:30am-7pm & Sundays 10:30am-6pm.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock furniture can be delivered within 1-7 business days in the San Diego area. Specials orders may take longer.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 1 year warranty for all items with electrical components. We’ll provide one complimentary service within one year of purchase to replace any malfunctioning parts. Please note, coverage applies to issues resulting from normal use and does not extend to damages caused by customer misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
